Teresa J. Roliz has built an extensive career in the real estate, finance, and legal industries, having worked for 30 years as a certified paralegal in various fields, including real estate, entertainment, corporate, estate planning, intellectual property, and family law, before becoming a real estate professional in 2005.
As a broker-associate, Teresa serves the San Francisco Bay Area in virtually all types of commercial and residential transactions, including luxury, vacation, single, duplex, multi-unit, waterfront, and investment properties. She places equal weight on satisfying her clients’ emotional and financial needs, and she connects with the finest industry partners to provide a seamless experience from start to finish. Furthermore, Teresa’s fluency in multiple languages—English, Portuguese, Spanish, Cantonese, and Tagalog—gives her a distinct advantage in serving the Bay Area’s diverse clientele.
Teresa holds several certifications, including Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES). Additionally, she has served on the board of directors and as president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) of Alameda County, and she’s been a board member for its San Francisco chapter.
Outside of real estate, Teresa is dedicated to her children and family, serving her community, volunteering for nonprofits, and pursuing higher education. An active member of Lions Club International, she has served on the board of directors for the San Francisco Cosmopolitan Lions Club. Teresa was also president and member of the board of directors of Macau Cultural Center and vice president of Lusitano Club of California, both Portuguese cultural organizations she has been involved with since childhood. She also serves as the personal business manager to Prezident Brown, an internationally-renowned reggae artist who promotes love consciousness.
