This is a sweet house on an incredibly beautiful piece of land, with plenty of room for expansion. Tax records show it as a 2 bedroom, but it is clearly a 3 bedroom. Nice eat in kitchen remodeled 8 to 10 years ago, spacious living room overlooking the beautiful yard. There is also a separate dining room. Tons of parking with room for at least 4 cars and probably more. Big basement, too!! The elementary school, as well as a stop for the free commuter shuttle to Bart and CalTrain, is 1/2 block away.. Brisbane has a terrific dog park, a skate park, basketball and tennis courts, plus a wonderful community swimming pool. It is a lovely, small & very caring community. Brisbane usually has great weather and lots of sunshine, because the fog typically sits on top of San Bruno Mountain and usually doesn't quite make it over the ridge.
